Processing Time:


We reduce your delivery time by processing each order within the first 24 hours of your purchase.

At this time you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order.

Shipping and Tracking:


In 24 hours after your purchase, you will receive your tracking number by E-Mail or SMS (on business days).
On Holidays or weekends, you will receive your tracking number the business day after your purchase.
After sending your tracking number you will receive an E-Mail with a mini-tutorial on how to monitor your order.

Shipping Time:


Our delivery time for domestic orders is 2- 5 business days.
For the rest of the world, it is 7 - 15 business days, can be expedited with FedEx (2-4 business days)


We are having logistics delays due to the current pandemic (COVID-19). Orders can take an extra 2 weeks to arrive depending on the country.
